The AFB Up Air Finishing Board produces beautifully finished garments with ease.  It is the perfect complimentary piece for either a tensioning pant topper (model TPF-P) or a tensioning form finisher (model TUF).  When used in combination with a pants topper the AFB’s built in blower motor produces a strong vacuum to set an excellent crease without the risk of shine or side seam impressions.  When paired with a tensioning form finisher the blower provides a cushion of air on which to press the garment.  It is perfect for silks, rayon’s and other delicate fabrics.  Suit jackets are easily processed, the vacuum sets the collar and the up air allows the lining to be touched up without disturbing the finish of the rest of the coat.  Model AFB has two stainless steel foot pedals, the first pedal starts the vacuum and the toe pedal changes the damper creating the up air.  A switch on the control panel gives the operator an option to reverse the operation of the pedals.  The volume of the up air and vacuum can be easily adjusted by the operator to deliver the highest quality finish regardless of the fabric.  The table height is adjustable adding to the comfort of the operator.

The AFB is equipped with an iron, trolley and light assembly. It also has a sleeve arm that has up air and vacuum.  As with all UNIPRESS products it is designed and manufactured in the United States to provide years of trouble free service.
